A: Yes, it does however the customer should not shingle in the product into the hair like hair gel. Rather they should pat the color onto the loc and not press the color into the loc. Pat not press. A little goes a long way.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
