TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All refunds will require you to pay for shipping and a 25% restocking fee.

If the seal has been broken on your package it is no longer eligible for a return or refund of any kind.

Refunds

Refunds will only be processed once items are returned and approved after inspection. Upon approval of returned items we will issue a refund within 5–7 business days to the original method of payment. Please note that this refund will be minus the shipping cost and 25% restocking fee.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If two weeks has passed since your items were received and you have not received your refund, please reach out to your financial institution. If you have any issues after that, please reach out to us at care@mysteeknaturals.com for more information.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. If your item is part of a promotion or a combo pack, it cannot be broken apart and returned separately.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if there is an error on our part. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at care@mysteeknaturals.com with a picture of the defective item and the packaging receipt for further assistance.

Shipping

Orders are shipped out within 5–7 business days of purchase. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

If your order is insured, you will also receive an additional email from our insurance carrier, Route. If your package is lost or not received within a reasonable amount of time, please file a claim with Route at https://claims.route.com/. For all other shipping issues and questions, please contact us at care@mysteeknaturals.com.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping plus a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

International Shipping

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the weight of your order. On average, standard international shipments arrive within 7–23 business days after your order ships. If you have specific questions regarding shipping times or fees, please contact us at care@mysteeknaturals.com.

International Orders: Once a shipment has arrived in the destination country, customs clearance, import duties, taxes, and final delivery are handled by the destination country's customs authority and local postal service. Mysteek Naturals cannot expedite customs processing, pay import fees, or replace shipments delayed while awaiting customs clearance.

Cancellation Policy

All requests for cancellations must be made within 24 hours of purchase. If it has been more than 24 hours since purchase, the order cannot be cancelled. Please feel free to return the items once received for a refund, subject to the refund policy above.
